  • To a “Multi-Products Push” Model: The classic but rarely applied comprehensive and rigorous model (“R & D Portfolio Management”)
  • And finally to a “Market Pull” model: “Tell me what the market wants and I will do it.” Where sometimes needs are expressed which can be unachievable and often, resulting in technical changes at the margin, making true market differentiation impossible.

Daydream, as an expert in “B2B Market Access”, has over 13 years of experience in developing methodological tools, Strategic Marketing, and New Business Development (Market “Hunting” as well as Market “Farming”).

In order to make sure we are always applying the three keys to success, we have spent the last two years developing a proprietary methodology in partnership with a professor of HEC Executive MBA. This methodology showcases our know-how in “Ideation Management” in the form of workshops to teach:
